Surprisingly, none of Kaveret's songs got into the 60 most favorite Israeli songs of all times, in a special program by Reshet Gimel radio station, Channel 1 and Yediot Aharonot.
The song 'Atur Mitzhech Zahav Shahor', composed and arranged by Yonny Rechter, who also played piano, got to the 10th place.
The song 'Uf Gozal', in which Yonny Rechter played piano and Yitzhak Klapter played guitar, got to the 4th place.
The song 'Shir LaShalom', performed by Lahakat HaNahal, in which Danny Sanderson played guitar, Alon Oleartchik played bass guitar, Meir Fenigstein played drums, and Gidi Gov and Efraim Shamir sang backing vocals, got to the 3rd place.
The song 'Shir HaRe'ut', performed by Lahakat HaNahal, in which Efraim Shamir and Gidi Gov played guitars and sang, got to the 2nd place.
The song 'Atur Mitzhech Zahav Shahor' was chosen again as the best Israeli song of all times by people from the music industry.

Kaveret has recorded two new songs. One of them, named 'Zocher Lo Zocher' will be broadcasted on May 1st in Galey Tzahal radio station, during 'Mitz'ad 50 HaShana'. The lyrics were written by Danny Sanderson, Alon Oleartchik and Meir Fenigstein, and it was composed by Danny Sanderson and Efraim Shamir. The two songs won't be issued on CD.
The Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra will have a concert of Yonny Rechter's songs on 06/05/98 at 20:30 in the mann auditurion, Tel Aviv. Ticket prices range is set to 96-215 NIS. Philharmonic subscribers can get 20% discount. Ariel Zilber, Ester Ofarim, Meir Banai, Mazi Cohen, Evyatar Banai, Mika Karni and others will take part in the concert.
